About Fikayo Ajayi

Hi, I'm Fikayo Ajayi, a cybersecurity professional, media practitioner, entrepreneur, blogger, sign language interpreter, and technology enthusiast passionate about building solutions that create impact.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, where I specialized in Print Media. My journey into media started long before graduation. As a student journalist and campus blogger, I covered education, campus affairs, entertainment, lifestyle, and breaking news, developing a passion for storytelling, digital publishing, and giving people and ideas the visibility they deserve.

Throughout my university years, I believed in learning beyond the classroom. I was actively involved in campus journalism through Echo Media and the Nigerian Union of Campus Journalists (NUCJ), while also serving in student leadership and departmental associations. Beyond academics, I built businesses that allowed me to solve real problems from running a mobile car wash business to founding Universal_Fik Events Promotion (UFEP), an event promotion platform that helped organizers amplify their events through digital marketing, live coverage, interviews, and online publicity.

Today, I combine media, technology, and entrepreneurship to build products and platforms that make life easier for people.

I am the Founder of ETS (End Time Sales), a startup focused on helping people buy and sell quality second-hand items quickly and stress-free. As the founder, I wear many hats; developing business strategies, managing day to day operations, creating marketing campaigns, writing promotional scripts, producing and editing videos, managing finances, coordinating influencer campaigns, and driving the brand's growth from the ground up. Building ETS has strengthened my skills in leadership, product development, branding, digital marketing, customer experience, and business operations.

I also founded The ShowBiz Industry, an entertainment and events media platform dedicated to promoting events, publishing entertainment stories, conducting interviews, and providing online voting systems for award organizers and event brands. Through the platform, I help creators, organizers, and brands gain visibility while connecting audiences with the events and stories shaping the entertainment industry.

Beyond entrepreneurship, I am deeply invested in cybersecurity. As a certified cybersecurity professional, I am continuously learning, building practical skills, and staying ahead of the evolving digital landscape. My long-term goal is to develop secure, innovative technology solutions that solve real-world problems while making digital spaces safer and more accessible.

One cause that is especially close to my heart is the Deaf community. As a sign language interpreter, I do more than interpret conversations. I use media and storytelling to amplify Deaf voices. I am passionate about documenting the stories of Deaf, interpreters, CODAs (Children of Deaf Adults), and individuals making meaningful contributions across different industries.

My vision is to help build a society where Deaf people are represented in every sector; from education and healthcare to politics, business, technology, entertainment, and public service. I also aspire to build technology that bridges communication barriers and makes accessibility a standard rather than an afterthought.

Over the years, I have developed skills across multiple disciplines, including cybersecurity, journalism, blogging, content writing, editing, proofreading, website development using WordPress and Blogger, video editing, digital marketing, event promotion, business registration, sign language interpretation, and content management systems. I enjoy learning, building, and finding creative ways to combine technology, media, and business to create meaningful impact.

At my core, I am a builder. I enjoy creating ideas from scratch, telling stories that matter, solving problems through technology, and empowering people through information. Whether I'm writing an article, developing a business, promoting an event, strengthening cybersecurity, or advocating for accessibility, my mission remains the same: to create solutions, inspire people, and leave every space better than I found it.
